April's Rising Kitchen is a small home bakery in Boise, Idaho, where every loaf and roll is handcrafted in small batches with organic ingredients and plenty of love.
We specialize in naturally leavened sourdough alongside Filipino-inspired rolls and treats that blend comforting traditions with creative twists.

Browse sourdough loaves and Filipino-inspired rolls — everything is baked fresh to order.

Pick a date
Sourdough for Wednesday & Friday (order by Mon/Wed 5 PM). Rolls are more flexible alone. We bake with care for your day.

Pickup or delivery
Between 1:00–5:00 PM in Boise & Meridian. Pay with cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
